Intentional rhythmic breathing in and out through the mouth

A very personal, quite profound healing practice that can get you out of your head and into your body.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Physically

When we breathe in this rhythmic way through our open mouth we are safely changing our oxygen levels as well as the pH in our blood.

This then can allow us to release the reasoning part of the brain which can connect us to our body, giving us the ability to release emotions and stuck energy, connecting you to your highest-self and deep inner knowing.

 

This can be a profound experience that can assist in bringing you back to your true, worthy, confident self.

​This is not a relaxing, effortless practice.  It is called breathWORK for a reason.  While you may feel relaxed as a result, the practice itself is not restful.​

I recently had the opportunity to do a Breathwork session with Emily, and it was an incredible experience. From the start, Emily curated a safe, positive and serene environment making me feel comfortable and supported. She talked me through what to expect, allowing me to open myself fully to the process.

Her guidance through the session was gentle and calming. By the end of the session, I felt a sense of clarity, balance and acceptance in myself for my current emotional state.

My session was truly catered to what I needed in that moment, even down to the playlist (which she sent to me after😍).

I highly recommend working with Emily to anyone looking to explore their inner self. She really has the knowledge and the desire to provide the best experience to each person she works with.

I wasn’t sure what to expect during my breathwork session with Emily, but I felt an intense mixture of anticipation and excitement as we started. I could hear her strong passion for the process as she carefully and thoughtfully walked me through the steps.

During my session she encouraged and confidently lead me forward. It was an amazing experience, but I could also sense, an art to be learned. I know I would gain even more if/when I do another.
