The 5 Best Things About Breathwork

  1. Each session is going to give YOU exactly what you need.  No matter what

the theme, if it’s one-on-one or a room of 100 people, when or where, the rhythmic breathing brings awareness to the body and quiets the mind so you can access information that has otherwise been dormant, blocked and silenced by your thoughts. Your body knows exactly what it needs, and by breathing in this intentional way the mind lets go of control for a bit.  No one is telling you what you need other than your OWN body.  It's catered only to you.

  1. You don’t need any prior experience.  You will gain clarity whether you’ve done this 1000 times or you have never thought about breathing your entire life.  You can learn how do to it in 30 seconds, all you need is your body and a flat surface to lay on and voilà there you have it.  It's helpful to have a guide and good music to breathe to but thats the gist of it.

  2. It’s natural and you are in complete control.  Breathwork is so powerful, it can give you the effects of plant medicine without actually taking anything.  It can give you feelings of euphoria BY BREATHING in a specific pattern.  You can slow it down at any point, speed it up or keep consistent if you want to feel more or less.  You have total command because it’s your breath, it’s your choice.

  3. It can have the impact of therapy (or exceed it) but you don’t need to talk, think, or force anything.  By breathing in this way you are shutting down the reasoning part of the brain. When you do this the body naturally starts to experience what it needs.  This can bring things to the surface that you perhaps wouldn’t have even thought about in therapy, yet can give you tranquillity, healing, spiritual experiences, expansion, access to higher self and more.

  4. Every session is different.  If I am looking to heal a trauma or get my next great idea, I can bring that intention and will be guided to an answer.  It’s never what is expected and always moves me forward.  I can do the same exact session, like a prerecorded session and I will have a wildly different experience than the first time. Each time you do it you become stronger at it as well.  Just like working out, you are able to access different aspects, release the thoughts more and more each time and it becomes second nature where you are no longer trying to control the process so much and are able to go deeper each time.
